Hello, my name is Christine Kent. Since 2003 Whole Woman® has been helping women overcome the fear and anxiety that often accompany common symptoms, while also giving them tools and resources to help stabilize and reverse their conditions.
At Whole Woman, we understand that the body is a self-organizing, self-healing organism when aligned with the laws of nature. We also acknowledge that gynecology, urology, oncology, and orthopedics are rife with anatomical misunderstanding, misguided practices, and harmful treatments.
Whole Woman follows the principles of self-care, which are inextricably connected with caring for others and caring for the planet.
- No one knows my body better than me
- My endocrine system extends out into the ecosystem
- Natural foods and herbs harmonize with the complexity of my hormones, nervous system, and genetics
- How I breathe, sit, stand and move in the world make the difference between vitality and musculoskeletal dysfunction
- Love, patience, and forgiveness are intrinsic to the human evolutionary path
- Living well and dying well co-exist along the self-care continuum.
The Whole Woman work has kept thousands of women out of the operating room and leading full physically and sexually active lives in over sixty countries.
We have trained and certified Whole Woman Practitioners throughout the US, and in Canada, Ireland, the UK, Belgium, Germany, Ghana, and Australia.
How may we help you?

What a few of our many customers from around the world have to say about Whole Woman...
I have been so amazed at how the Whole Woman posture has helped eliminate my symptoms. After taking this Clinic, I realize that I can have a very positive effect on my health and it is under my control. If I feel a prolapse symptom, I immediately know what to do.

I feel the whole experience has been beneficial and the experience more than met my expectations.
It was very interesting and informative, I learnt a lot from Christine.

Not only does the posture reduce the prolapse, it also feels absolutely terrific. I can breathe more deeply and freely, my chronic hip pain is vanishing, I have a wider field of vision because I'm not hunched over, and I just feel so open and graceful and feminine.

A few years back, I found Christine after a roundabout search to avoid a hysterectomy and sling for a severe uterine, bladder, and rectum prolapse brought on by a childbirth that was going well naturally but was completely botched by an OB/GYN’s interventions. I had ended up delivering a very injured infant after three pulls of vacuum extraction.
It took a leap of faith to sign up for her Whole Woman Works! Intensive program, but it didn’t take long to realize that I had found a kindred soul in Christine. She reviewed my medical history, paid keen attention to my symptoms, patiently taught me the exercises and the whole woman posture, and liberated me from the pessary. I had traveled to see her in New Mexico with my pessary, and I have never worn it again in the four years since.
Among the many attributes that I admire about Christine (and her husband Lanny) is the fact that they talk the talk and walk the walk. Their integrity and passion for transforming women’s health care is a rare gift for women like me who ignorantly followed conventional medicine not knowing any better. Christine’s research is deep and authentic. Her breadth of knowledge and wisdom are truly rare to find. She refuses to succumb to the dominant narrative on pharmaceuticals and surgeries that most of us believe are the only means to alleviate our suffering.
I would urge any woman struggling with pelvic organ prolapse, hip and/or knee pain, perimenopause or menopause to reach out to Christine. Any woman of child-bearing age would benefit immensely learning from Christine. I only wish I had found Christine well before I got pregnant. It would have spared me enormous, unnecessary suffering.
My best wishes are always with Christine and Lanny for all the good they do!SuhaniCalifornia USA
