Paula Alempijevic has been a teacher for the NYC Public School System for 23 years and a Certified Yoga Instructor for 15 years. She holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Physical Education.

Paula’s mission is that of empowerment and healing through development of mind/body connection while helping women make their own decisions about their health. Paula’s unique, compassionate and gentle approach brings about a calming and peaceful energy through her work and teachings.
