With the exception of classes and consultations, Whole Woman provides a two year return policy on all of its physical information products such as books and DVDs.
If at any time after your purchase you decide you would like to return your item, Whole Woman will give you a full refund for the cost of the product. This refund is valid for the price of the product at the time of sale and does not include any shipping or handling charges either to the customer or for the return. This Guarantee is not transferable. Digital media products will be replaced if they are found to be defective and we are contacted with the issue within thirty days of purchase. DVDs are produced in universal format and should run successfully on DVD players outside of the US.
Electronic digital media such as paid streaming video is sold subject to the following refund policy. If within 15 days of your purchase, you decide you want a refund, notify us by email at the address shown on the contacts page at www.wholewoman.com and we will discontinue your access to the video(s) in question and provide a refund to your credit card account. E-books cannot be returned nor the purchase price refunded as these are downloadable products and cannot be "returned" in the conventional sense.
