Pull up into Whole Woman posture - lower belly relaxed, chest lifted, shoulders down, upper back flat and broad, and head pulled up throughout the back by slightly tucking your chin.

On the in-breath, push your lower belly as far over your thighs as possible.

On the out-breath, rock your pelvis all the way back without collapsing your upper body posture. Unlike the old Kegels, which work against the natural dynamic of pelvic organ support, the New Kegels are simply accentuating what your body is trying to do with every breath you take.
